Iris Gordon

Iris In defining the J.V. Morsch Center for Social Justice at Trevecca Nazarene University it was determined that the Center would create a platform for the University resources to serve and promote the Nashville community.  Mrs. Gordon was selected to lead this initiative because of her passion for utilizing  business to restore broken lives and her dedication to bridging the gap between Trevecca Nazarene University and the Nashville community coupled with her diverse skills.  She launched the Neighborhood Empowered Program in 2009.  Her education and experience in organizational development, operational leadership and Business law, within diverse organizations spanning from fortune 25 companies to grass roots organizations, uniquely equips Mrs. Gordon to empower individuals and organizations with business strategies and tools that simultaneously maximize organizational capacity, mission impact, and sustainability.

Jamie Casler

jcasler The J.V. Morsch Center for Social Justice at Trevecca Nazarene University is directed by Jamie Casler.  Mr. Casler launched the Center for Social Justice in 2009. His passion for education and service started at ENC with his B.A. studies in Social Work. Jamie continued his educational studies at Nazarene Theological Seminary, receiving the Master of Divinity degree. A few years later he earned a Master in Social Welfare degree from the University of Kansas. Jamie is a licensed social worker in the state of Kansas, and his desire to serve in the field of social justice has been spurred on by his study of social issues in Romania and Costa Rica.
